Paul D. Arthurs serves as the senior pastor of Wheaton Christian Center in Carol Stream, Illinois. He is also the founder of The Carlton Center, the vice chairman of Dugit Outreach Ministries in Israel, and the author of Stop the Foolishness for Husbands. Beyond his teaching ministry, Paul co-hosted the "Anointed Word" daily radio and television program, reaching numerous families in the Chicagoland area and around the world.

Paul has ministered internationally, pastoring for two years in Harare, Zimbabwe, where he also had the privilege of teaching at the AMFCC Bible College. He is known for his keen insight into the Word of God and his ability to communicate Scriptures practically, blending humor with a passion for helping people live purposeful lives that bring pleasure to God.

Paul and his wife, Fiona, have been married for over 25 years and have three wonderful children: Lydia, Sophia, and Carlton. They currently reside in West Chicago, Illinois.

Fiona Arthurs is a wife and mother with a passion to see women fulfilled through discovering their identity and role as women of God.  During these days that families are under great attack; her desire is to see marriages and family relationships restored.

​Fiona is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and she runs The Carlton Center, a family development center, which is an outreach arm of her local church, Wheaton Christian Center.  She is wife to Paul Arthurs, and she is the proud mother of 3 children.  Fiona and her family live in the western suburbs of Chicago.
